Adore Decor Co. Subscription Policy

Overview:
Receive one new interchangeable decal each month—designs are exclusive to subscribers. Base sign sold separately; each base includes a pre-applied Welcome decal and a removable bow with greenery.

Subscriptions include a minimum 3-month commitment. After the first three months, you may cancel at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Subscription begins the month after receiving the intro set (e.g., sign up May 15 → receive intro set immediately → charged June 1). Shipments typically go out during the first two weeks of each month.

Design Selection:
On the 10th of each month, you’ll get an email with five design options for the upcoming month. You have until the 15th to pick your design. We print on the 15th, so late selections cannot be accepted. If no selection is made, we will choose one of the five designs for you.

Billing & Renewal:
$17.99/month, shipping included, is charged immediately at signup. Future payments are automatically billed on the 1st of each month. Cancellations must be requested before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Payments cannot be refunded once charged.

Shipping & Delivery:
Free U.S. shipping included. Verify your address before the 1st of the month. Shipping issues are outside our control—contact the carrier for lost or delayed packages.

Damages:
Handcrafted items may vary slightly. Submit damage claims within 3 days with photos; replacements issued at Adore Decor Co.’s discretion.

Refunds & Returns:
No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
